The hotel is pretty close to the sea, just a short walk of around 100m from the beach. It's perfect for those who want to enjoy the sun and sand without being too close to the bustling nightlife. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing a parking permit for a reasonable price.
The hotel lacks certain amenities, such as a small fridge in the room and a bar for drinks and snacks.

This hotel is a great find for those looking for a budget-friendly getaway. The prices are very reasonable and the value for money is exceptional. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the immaculately clean rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The location in the beautiful Kemptown area, right by the sea, is simply perfect. The rooms on the very top floor offer stunning sea views and are kept clean and tidy.
All was perfectly fine, no complaints!
